Nikon India has announced the launch of its DX-format digital SLR camera-Nikon D3200. the camera features a 24.2-megapixel CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 image-processing engine that is claimed to deliver high image quality accompanied by full HD video capabilities.
The D3200 is said to have an extremely portable, compact and lightweight body and is loaded with the enhanced Guide mode feature that provides step-by-step assistance to the user while taking pictures.
The D3200 also supports collaboration with Android based devices, with use of Wireless Mobile Adapter WU-1a, thus increasing user convenience by providing transfer of images and the ability to remotely control shooting via wireless connection.
The Nikon D3200 is available in two kits which are AF-S 18-105mm VR Kit Lens at the MRP of Rs 48,950.
Using the Wireless Mobile Adapter WU-1a, images can be transferred to smartphones (Android 2.3 series), tablets (Android 3.x series) and other smart devices via a wireless connection.
In addition, the new DX-format CMOS image sensor, developed by Nikon with an effective pixel count of 24.2-million pixels, and the same EXPEED 3 image-processing engine built into Nikon’s high-end D4 and D800/D800E cameras enable capture of images and full HD videos with quality and definition at the top of its class.
A host of advanced features, including full HD (1080p) video recording with full time autofocus (AF), 4 frames-per-second (fps) high-speed continuous shooting mode, ISO range from 100 to 6400 prepare the D3200 for challenging lighting conditions and fast paced action.
The Nikon D3200 offers the full HD experience of high quality 1080p video.
The Nikon D3200 is available in two kits which are AF-S 18-105mm VR Kit Lens at the MRP of Rs 48,950 and AF-S 18-55mm VR Kit Lens at MRP of Rs 37,950. the D3200 Body is priced at Rs 32,250. both the kits and body can be chosen from either black or red body.
